Frequent Questions and Answers

• What are credits?
  

  Credits are virtual amounts to which you provide value. They can be used to make and show progress towards completing your goal.

  You can set the maximum number of credits (Max Credits) for each goal. As you add accomplishments, you can set the amount of credits that you feel that accomplishment is worth. When the sum of the credits for all the accomplishments for a goal reaches the maximum credits for that goal, the goal is considered complete.

  Credits are optional. If you do not specify the maximum number of credits for a goal (or set it to zero). Then the goal is automatically complete when the Target Date for the goal is reached. This can be used for strictly date-based goals.

• Can I sync my data with other Android devices?
  

  Partially. The app has an export (with email) and import feature. So you can export everything from one device (and send to yourself in email at the same time). Then grab from your email in the other device and import on that device. It’s a bit cumbersome, and it is not a sync for updates made to both devices (since the last exchange) – but it is something you can do today, until a better solution comes along.

• Why does the app need “Your Location” permission?
  

  The app has a feature that allows you to tag an accomplishment with your current location – as a way of recording where you were when you accomplished the task. This is an optional activity. Location is not used/queried in any other part of the app.
